This week, I had the pleasure of almost closing a Co-Op in the Palm Bay Area.  At first it seemed like a normal closing, buyer was out of town visiting a friend, wanted to buy and pay in cash. Where can you find ocean front penthouses and single family homes starting at $340,000 for a penthouse and $609,000 for a single family home, that are not short sales or foreclosures?  Makes me want to get out my checkbook.  Not only reasonable prices but a great area.

After spending 40+ years of my life in Miami, my husband and I decided to find a safer, quieter, and more reasonable lifestyle and a better place to raise our children.

Years of exhaustive search later, we narrowed down where to spend the rest of our lives, Satellite Beach, FL.  Now our boys walk, bike ride, and skateboard to their elementary, middle and someday high school.  And the beach and Indian river are just blocks away!
