The Value of Your Franchise!

Many agents are not harnessing the power that belonging to a franchise brand can give them in the real estate industry and I feel this is a huge error in their business planning. As the real estate industry gets more and more competitive it will be the franchise technology tools that we embrace that will set us apart. With the high cost of marketing today, it is imperative that we seek to understand what technology tools are available to us and how we can utilize them to make our business more profitable. A property never has to much exposure and technology will enable you to have maximum exposure in a global market place.
You can no longer expose your listings to a few print media ads and place it on a website. Franchises are offering agents a multitude of marketing tools utilizing all aspect of the internet and instantly gain exposure to greater audiences.
I believe today’s Real Estate Professional is going to be challenged to have adequate presence on the web and to communicate it to customers and clients thereby really giving “Value” to the client in a way that it has never happened before! Franchises offer these benefits because of their ability to purchase the technology at a substantial cost-savings that your smaller independent firms cannot compete with and then to provide training in implementing it. This is the key! If you don’t understand how to use it properly you will consider it useless and thus have missed a “Golden Opportunity” to leverage the power and value associated with a franchise firm.
The concept of franchising isn’t new but in a world dominated by technology and instant recognition it sure helps to have a strong franchise behind you! Real estate is definitely a “local” event but even in local markets the power of branding and franchise benefits can’t be overlooked. The old saying goes something like this…If You Do What You Always Have Done…Don’t Expect Anything Different!
