When I started with ERA Showcase I had to take the new agents class. It was given at the Merritt Island office up stairs. I think my class had about 14 students. We were taught by teachers all from ERA Showcase. Jean Burgdorff, Barb Keller, Gail Hawkins, Brenda DiSanti. I remember one particular class that Jean Burgdorff shared something that her husband said and have never forgotten it.
